Montreal's Chloé Soldevila and her band Anemone are gearing up to release their glorious debut LP Beat My Distance next month on Luminelle, and today the group shares another highlight from the record with the dreamy "Memory Lane". While Chloé says the song "is reminiscent of one's unrepairable distance from another", the Laura-Lynn Petrick-directed video, on the other hand, is a "magical friendship story" that radiates a more carefree vibe. She explains:

"Crystalline synth jammer" 'She's the One' was premiered today by Clash, and the group's Chloé Soldevila says the song is sort of a prequel to their swirling, kaleidoscopic French-pop gem "Bout De Toi", which makes sense because both jams are sunny, dancefloor-filling instant party starters...
