I’m pretty sure if this song would be credited to a band people have never heard of, 95% of blog comment writers would type their fingers to the bone how terrible and uninspired this sounds.

can you possibly elaborate on what exactly you find “terrible and uninspired” about this? This strikes me as a refreshing take on contemporary psych-rock, regardless of it being anco.

Is it though? There’s no discernible chorus, it generally eschews typical structure, the melodies are few and far between, and it relies on shifting rhythms and time signatures to keep one’s ear interested. I will not resort to calling this conventional.
this is pure rock brilliance. deakin slaying the guitar and panda killin it on the drums.
