Here's a brand new one from Melbourne, Australia psych-pop duo Fabulous Diamonds, taken from their forthcoming LP Commercial Music, due later this summer. Jarrod + Nisa (who was also involved in the excellent new Bushwalking record) call the new album "high-brow, young adult contemporary pop music," and while it's certainly less abrasive than their thrilling self-titled 2010 LP, we suspect they're speaking in relative terms here, because the billowing, hypnotic drone of "Lothario" is just as mesmerizing and enveloping as anything else we've heard from these two...
