I really like these guys. Alot. I am actually kinda psyched that Indie-rock has picked up their The Band/Levon Helm vinyl and is copping Jerry Garcia’s guitar sound circa late 60s/early 70s.
At first I was dubious, but these guys are putting a great new spin on a style of rock and roll and making it socially acceptable to actually know how to play your instruments.
That Bjork remix was about 5 minutes too short.

these guys are okay but seem to be excessively over-hyped on this particular website.
Been getting into these guys more and more over the last few years, but their appearance at GvBFest totally sealed it… fucking incredible live band. Too bad their set was short, but it was epic. Thanks for doing it, had a blast.
