Madeline Kenney x Gorilla vs. Bear takeover: Bill Hicks

I’m pretty obsessed with the comedian Bill Hicks; I sampled an interview of him on the track ‘John in Irish’. His comedy is so poignant but crass; cringy but truth-loaded. My favorite thing he made is this fake ninja film -- he and his friends shot and edited the movie, and Bill overdubbed most of all the voices and wrote the music. The style kinda feels like a precursor to Mr. Show or Tim and Eric. I want to make a film like this. -- Madeline Kenney
