"Night and Day", which finds Bagg collaborating with her friend Jarvis Taveniere of Woods, feels like a timeless, classic pop song refracted through Lisel's futuristic and always otherworldly kaleidoscopic lens. Lisel calls it, "a song about impermanence and change, specifically emotional change -- that the things that infatuate, fulfill, haunt, and obsess your heart and mind in one part of your life can over time become simply incidental, afterthoughts."
