video premiere: Dominic Sen embarks on a retro-futuristic space fantasy for new single “Can’t Tell You”

We're psyched to premiere the sleek and eminently danceable debut single from Dominic Sen, the new solo project and "the extrinsic and exaggerated persona" of Brooklyn songwriter/aspiring popstar Alexandra Lily Cohen, out today via Roll Call Records. The video for the shimmering '80s-pop-inspired banger "Can't Tell You", directed by Alex herself with Justin Majetich, stars Dominic Sen as the badass black-clad commander of some retro-futuristic star cruiser, leading her crew as they get down (sick sci-fi dance moves also choreographed by Alex, with Melodie Stancato) to those twinkling synths and that undeniably slinky groove, not to mention a very well-timed smooth sax solo.
