Dallas' Parade of Flesh is bringing a handful of SXSW showcasing acts to town on March 22 for the inaugural all-ages South By South Flesh festival at the Lounge in Deep Ellum. Real Estate is Martin Courtney, Etienne Duguay (of Predator Vision), Alex Bleeker, and Matt Mondanile (aka Ducktails). Not unlike Ducktails, Real Estate makes vaguely tropical lo-fi beach pop that reinforces my disdain for winter.
