Stockholm duo Miljon follow up their wistful Axel Boman piano-house collab with a glimmering, gently galloping, and extremely sweet chillwave duet, tailor made for those of us who are still desperately hanging on to these final days of summer...

We were introduced to young Stockholm artist Nora Karlsson aka Boys via her 2017 single "Rabbits", a charming, Alvvays-esque lo-fi gem that remains one of our favorite tracks of last year. Karlsson expands Boys' sonic palette just a bit on the buzzing lead single from her stellar debut album Rest In Peace, which we're premiering here today...

She creates in solitude these beautifully glacial otherworldly elegies -- the label calls them "hermetic gothic swan songs" -- that haunt and disquiet on

Stockholm producer Quiltland, who we last heard from on the haunting closing track from Merely's extremely underappreciated 2016 record Uncanny Valley, shares a beautifully sweeping and emotionally moving (that viola) new song of her own, taken from this new compilation of experimental Swedish music...

With new albums from Vince Staples, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Young Thug all coming in the same day, it'd be easy for an eclectic collection of emotional and transportive dance music from a little-known Swedish producer to get lost in the shuffle...
