Devendra Banhart will confuse and amaze the drunken Texas-OU revelers tomorrow night in Dallas at the Granada Theater. No matter how you feel about Devendra's increasingly out-there hippie persona and his new "spiritual boner," you simply can't deny that the man knows how to put on an entertaining show. If you were at his packed-beyond-capacity show at the Cavern in 2005, then you know what I'm talking about. GvsB favorite and Devendra-friend Jana Hunter will kick off the festivities.
