premiere: The Knife – “A Tooth For an Eye (Pursuit Grooves remix)”

As we all continue to attempt to process The Knife's uncompromising, incendiary, and altogether overwhelming new record, shapeshifting producer Pursuit Grooves -- who just dropped a fairly massive album of her own -- unveils her "A Tooth For An Eye" remix, and it's a throbbing, repetitive, bass-heavy club rework that's a touch subtler than the original, but just as powerful. Works nicely with those ATFAE video gifs, too. This one is available next week alongside a rumbling remix by Cooly G (hear that one below as well, via Dazed) on this Rough Trade exclusive bonus CD, and will be available digitally soon in the States + on vinyl this summer.
