Dutch artist Annelotte de Graaf -- aka Amber Arcades -- follows up one of 2016's best and most varied full-lengths with an infectious new single, taken from her beautiful forthcoming EP, due soon on Heavenly. de Graaf, who also worked as an international war crimes expert and assisted refugees as a human rights legal advocate, says of the driving, billowing indie-pop gem "It Changes":

“Everything changes, all the time. You think that when starting something new you can kinda tell which way it will go, but you never do. I always try to aim for constancy and stability but things always get messier than I foresaw. And hey, maybe that's actually what makes it worthwhile.”

Listen/bop along below, and if you find yourself in the UK, catch Amber Arcades live supporting Grandaddy on tour next month.
