Japanese artist Noah shares a track from her forthcoming LP Thirty, which her label flau calls a "synth-streaked, lo-fi love letter" to her current home city of Tokyo. The record is "a diary of associated images told with all the glitz, energy, messy chaos and nostalgia that the Japanese capital conjures", and lead single "メルティング・ブル (Melting Blue)" feels like a softly glowing, neon-hued synthesis of vaporwave and Japanese city pop that makes for a haunting rendering of the mystique and intrigue of the city at night. Thirty is out October 18th.
