Lightman & Lightman – Weave your name in mine

Twin sisters Romy + Sari Lightman -- the duo formerly known as Tasseomancy -- are set to release their stellar, first EP as Lightman & Lightman next month, and today they share the gorgeous, buoyant new folk-pop reverie/EP highlight "Weave your name in mine". The press release likens the Lightmans' ethereal harmonies to legendary sister group the Roches, and that otherworldly, mystical familial bond shines bright on this one, a track that the Lightmans call, "a love song to God through the eyes of Etty & Jeanine with the devotional sincerity of a 60s girl group," featuring Meg Duffy of Hand Habits on guitar and Riley Fleck of TOPS on drums. Video directed, photographed, and animated by Zak Tatham. Lightman & Lightman's Sister Smile EP is out December 6th.
