ghostland at the opera

I just got a note from Ghostland Observatory explaining that they will be playing a special show in Austin on January 19, 2007, at Hogg Memorial Auditorium. Why am I mentioning this so early, you ask? Ghostland's Thomas Turner explains:

The show is called "Ghostland at the Opera", and it features Ghostland Observatory as well as The Black Angels, and DJ's Chris & Erin. This show will be in an "opera house" type setting, and it will feature stadium style sound & lighting. I really want to get the message out to people that this show will probably be unlike any other show they've seen before...

Ghostland and the Black Angels in an opera-house setting? I think it would be safe to predict that this show is going to be pretty amazing, and a one-of-a-kind experience that you guys shouldn't miss. I also think that it could be assumed that this will sell out fast, as Ghostland is a pretty big deal in Austin. Tickets go on sale here, tomorrow at noon (central time). Get on it.

p.s. Ghostland Observatory is also playing here in Dallas on New Year's Eve. See you there.
