I recently discovered (thanks to Del) the new Eccentric Soul record, featuring music from the little-known Big Mack Label (out yesterday). This record, consisting of 19 Motown tracks never before issued on CD, is honestly some of the coolest shit I've heard in quite some time, and not just because it's from Detroit. I've listened to that Ms. Tyree "Sugar" Jones track about 10 times today alone. This is the kind of find I get really excited about, and I can't see many people not liking this, no matter what your musical tastes.
