In case you missed Chromatics' surpisingly true-to-the-original cover of Springsteen's "I'm on Fire" that was floating around a while back, the band has posted a free download of the song on their myspace page. "I'm on Fire" is the b-side on the new "In the City" 12".

goldmund's two point discrimination
If you were at all into that Shuta Hasunuma stuff from yesterday, here's some more minimalist piano music that also comes out on November 20 on Western Vinyl, and like OK Bamboo, it's available in advance on eMusic now. Goldmund's cinematic and extremely (too) short Two Point Discrimination almost plays like a film score, with an emphasis on unusual textures and and a focus on "the sensation of touch and its relationship to sound."
