Los Angeles '80s pop revivalist Allene Norton, aka Cellars, debuts the video for one of the highlights from her stellar Ariel Pink-produced LP Phases, out now on Manifesto. The twinkling, pulsing "Do You Miss Me?" gets some dazzling retro-futuristic visuals from director Thomas McMahan, perfectly embodying the song's (and the whole album's, for that matter) wistfully glowing neon '80s vibe.
