Austin's LEVITATION (formerly Austin Psych Fest) has announced the first group of artists on their 2016 lineup, and whoa: Flying Lotus, Animal Collective, Lee Scratch Perry, Ty Segall, and Brian Wilson doing Pet Sounds. If they end up confirming some of the rumored additions, this thing could approach "best fest ever" status...
