Take a listen to the gorgeous previously unreleased Arthur Russell track that appears on the limited CANT (Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear) split single we mentioned a couple weeks back. Recorded by Russell in the late '70s, and featuring perfectly complementary backing vocals from an unidentified chanteuse, "Come to Life" would've fit nicely (and was originally slated to appear) on last year's Love Is Overtaking Me:
