The eternally charming Madrid ballers Hinds return with the first single (and accompanying video, directed + edited by the band's own Carlotta Cosials) from their new album I Don't Run, out April 6th. The band calls it "the best thing we've done", and we agree, it rules...

Hinds make like a crudely animated, considerably bloodier Powerpuff Girls in their new alternate video for "Bamboo", two years after the original vid for the song that introduced us to the band back in summer 2014. Drawings and story by Laurina Paperina. The deluxe vinyl version of Leave Me Alone, featuring a ton of unreleased b-sides + demos, is out next month.

we spend so many hours in the van, airports, stations and queues that we had to find things to do. mostly all of these times we have no wifi so we cannot work, so we just love to play games and these are the ones we like playing to:

our favourite section!!!! this is bands-friends wearing Hinds merchandise. we have here: Mac DeMarco, Glass Animals, Fat White Family, Shura and Rasmus from Mo (playing at coachella). and we were sure we had also pictures of Lois, Miqui Brightside and The Parrots but we cannot find them!

as we did all our music videos since the very beginning except for garden we thought it could be interesting to tell you guys how they all happened. this will go in chronologic order:

yesterday we started the trip for next tour (we are playing tomorrow in london and we had to take a ferry that took ages). this is what carlotta decided she had to take 30 hours ago, incredibly hungover, dizzy, after sleeping 4 hours (we arrived from NYC that same day):

this is a picture of the day we wrote Bamboo's lyrics. they came pretty easily, we were very very upset and very very drunk, so we knew exactly what we wanted to say and the way we wanted to say it...
