The Contradefacto on Blast blog has gone through the trouble of tracking down and posting every one of Chromatics' self-released tour cd-r's for free download (with the blessing of the group, if you care about that sort of thing). According to the blog, these tour releases are the best documentation of the group's evolution from "dirty/sassy/no-wave punk to danceable/Giorgio Moroder-inspired disco." Anyway, if you feel like you need nearly 250 mb of old Chromatics tunes (of course you do), then head over there and go to town.
