Montreal’s Chloé Soldevila aka Anemone joins the Luminelle family

Impromptu dance parties have been breaking out nightly in our living room for weeks now, thanks to Montreal artist Chloé Soldevila aka Anemone, and her irresistible new Baby Only You & I EP. Soldevila has us swooning with her magical union of some of our favorite things, as sunny west coast psych, classic french pop, and breezy '60s pop mingle with vintage Stereolab and bright tropicalia vibes, creating an eminently danceable and endlessly replayable affair. It's one of the most charming introductions in recent memory, and we’re very proud to welcome her to the Luminelle family. The Line of Best Fit premiered the EP's infectious title track today, gushing that Anemone is "extremely close to perfecting '60s-influenced dream pop" on this "lovely, sunny, lodge-in-your-brain-and-never-leave sort of song."
