Drugdealer is the new project (and latest illicit substance-related moniker) from the man behind Run DMT/Salvia Plath/the Doobie Sisters/Silk Rhodes, Mike Collins. His excellent, Ariel Pink-produced new album The End of Comedy is due September 9th on Weird World, and lead single "Suddenly", which features the lovely vocals of Natalie Mering aka Weyes Blood, is a classic '70s singer/songwriter piano joint replete with heavy Tapestry vibes and a killer, all too fleeting sax riff. We've had this one on repeat for the last few weeks, and now you can check the self-directed vid below for further Laurel Canyon vibes, and download "Suddenly" now by pre-ordering The End of Comedy here.

In related news, Collins also dropped a new Run DMT record yesterday, the sequel to 2009's trippy Bong Voyage. Cop it here for $5.
