Manchester producer Andy Stott returns this spring with new LP Too Many Voices, the follow-up to 2014's excellent Faith in Strangers. The press release cites legendary Japanese group Yellow Magic Orchestra as an inspiration for this one (coincidentally, YMO was also a major influence on the incredible new Jessy Lanza record), and hypnotic lead single "Butterflies" glows with a lighter touch than we're used to from Stott. It's an elegant, nocturnal pop slow-glide that's beautifully complemented by visuals from Michael England, featuring some dope slo-mo flexing from Rafael Martin. Too Many Voices is out April 22 via Modern Love.
