Dallas’ inaugural Index Festival goes down next weekend on October 5 + 6 in Deep Ellum, featuring a number of artists we’ve presented in the past — Grimes, Washed Out, A.Dd+, Sober, etc. — alongside the likes of GZA, Elite Gymnastics, DIIV, and many more. Our friends at Spune have hooked us up with a pair of VIP weekend passes to give away to you guys. I saw Grimes at the Jepson Museum. It was breathtaking. She performed for a crowd of a hundred or so and her voice echoed off the glass and limestone making me believe that any other live performance could never compare. I would liked to be proved wrong.
