“It’s about putting your soul into it, not just being hip.”……. this seems kind of seems silly after watching this video? shes like a lana del ray all dressed up layers and layers of the worst kind of hipness, pretension, pretense, music school la la la la ala. separating her music from this is hard, because her music is pretty good. but its like shes just calculated how make to create music that fits the formula perfectly, no soul.bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  you have no bearings on your comment. julia is one of the nicest and most uncalculated artists in the business. when shooting this video i asked her what she would otherwise be doing at home on a saturday night and she said, “at home working on music”. her rise is a direct relation to her dedication to making beautiful music.
