Finally! People have been speculating about this tune for ages. There are old youtube clips of both Kode9 and Four Tet playing this song in DJ sets. Once it was confirmed to be a new Burial track, everyone just assumed it was gonna be on the Kindred EP. But obviously it wasn’t, so I was starting to worry it was gonna turn into another one of those lost Burial songs that never gets released as anything more than a shitty youtube clip. When I saw this post, all I could think was “Oh shit, please let it be that unreleased track!” Goddamn what a tune.

Oh my goodness I love this.

I’ve tried getting into burial a few times, I was able to really enjoy their stuff before, but it’s so dark and minimalistic I think it’s going to take more time before I really “get it”.

But this…put in some Four Tet happiness and it becomes the most bloody accessible thing in the world!
