Eh, I liked the less noisy/distorted stuff they had going on with the first LP. This sounds more VGish. Shame because it’s a solid pop song. Sounds ready for some commercials tho. Whatever works…

I love the manic drum roll at the start, the harmonies, the hook, and then that guitar chime that takes it higher. It makes me want to jump on my bed and then stare blankly off into space. I don’t think this sounds like Vivian Girls at all and if it does, then…ok, I guess she is in that band. Way to go out on a ledge there. I think more Blood Visions by Jay Reatard than anything else. But…continue on with what you think you know about music. I cannot WAIT to hear the record!
