The big dance sonics don’t really mesh I think. For one, she won’t sing over them. Easy to see why: it’d be impossible to hear what she’s saying. Another reason is that her voice sounds much better over the pretty sounds that jj’s early stuff gave them notoriety for. Not bad, sure, but I hope any upcoming releases by them ditch this idea and go back to what we heard on jj, jj no*2, and 3.
