Balam Acab works his magic on one of our favorite tracks from In Heaven — you remember the original — as he laces “Kimmi in a Rice Field” with that sweetly spectral / wide-eyed-wonder vibe that he does so well, and it works beautifully with Andrea Estella‘s distinctively dreamy voice:

After a couple listens, I’m liking the remix.
It’s alright. Not better than the original and not better than any other BA song. Ergo, bro, how bout a new single/ep/album of original stuffs? None of these hotties whose songs ur remixing are going to eff you or give you a beej bro. Mebbe try experimenting w/the other elemtns (via earth wind & fire). Water’s dope, but I see you backing urself into a corner bro. Just sayn…
ya why is there so much water in this rmx?
Wow, dig the remix! It’s all, like, ethereal & shit. Nice & easy, very mellow. It’s like a Sunday breakfast-in-bed with a hottie after an awesome night. Not like this track resembles that, but it would best be played in moments like those.
No shitzky.
This song is so good that, despite the other songs on the album being top notch, they don’t seem it.
