Doors open at the Granada at 6, set times are below. Get there early to grab one of these shirts (courtesy of RVCA) and one of these posters for free. And if you’re on the fence about coming out: we caught part of Preteen Zenith‘s rehearsal yesterday, and it sounded absolutely massive. Dallas history in the making. See you there.

Hope I was in Dallas. Have a great time!
Looks awesome, what a lineup… Jealous of everyone who can go!
Grimes and White Denim made it all worth while.
Thanks for putting on the show!
note:Julianna Barwick was a crazy mood killer and the rebranded polyphonic spree were a waste. Having a DJ between sets was excellent.
acool lineup
Just wanted to say thanks for bringing such a cool show together. It was a great mix of acts. Having Juliana Barwick was a great choice, don’t listen to the others. I think no matter where she was in the lineup there would have been complaints. She was amazing. Shabazz ruled the evening IMO. Too bad Preteen tried to hijack the show. But White Denim, of course, saved it and brought the vibe back even in a short show. Did I say Shabazz ruled??!!
thanks man, i appreciate the kind words, especially about Julianna’s set. I thought it was beautiful, too bad a few vocal assholes had to ruin it. And for the record, Preteen honestly didn’t try to hijack anything, it was unfortunate the way it worked out with the technical problems and setup issues, but such are the pitfalls of any first show. They truly felt terrible about cutting into WD’s set (which was still awesome)
I would love one of those posters, homie.
You say Preteen felt terrible, but if they REALLY cared, and they would have called an audible and cut that fucking video. It was retarded anyway. It’s a damn shame too because white denim was about to play is and is and is, and then they got shut down. Don’t get me wrong, this festival was amazing. I just thought I needed to say that after reading your comment about how preteen zenith really did feel terrible. My ass. You should have told them to cut the set short. No 1 minded telling white denim to cut theirs.
Agreed. The “suspense” built by a candle and silly video were unneeded after taking so long. Also, it’s not as if those jokers were new to performing. All around disrespectful to Chris, the venue, White Denim, and us the audience.
White Denim rocked.
