On the heels of his excellent debut LP Forget — and video of the year contender for “Slow” — comes this brand new burner from Brooklyn’s Twin Shadow. Sultry Forget b-side “Savannah Howl” can only be found on a limited split 7″ with Violens, because according to his label Terrible Records, “the song was a little too hot for the record.”
Pre-order the Twin Shadow/Violens split 7″ here. Twin Shadow goes on tour later this month with Jamie Lidell, with a stop at Dallas’ Granada Theater on September 25.

yay! <3 twin shaddy!
good grooves.
omg this is awesome!!!!!!!
sure that wasnt just a morrisey song?
don’t be stoopid. this song sounds nothing like moz.
oh yeah it did. we’re getting bootlegged.
This song is fucking amazing
There are some familiar elements in here I can’t quite place yet…but Morrisey? Really?!?!? Just to be sure I’m not missing something I gave it 5 consecutive listens, and nowhere in here is anything that even whispers ‘Morrisey,’ except maybe the hair…
Twin Shadow has been steadily growing on me…think I’m going to have to drop some cash on a copy of Forget & probably the Violens/Twin Shadow split 7-inch, while I’m at it…cheers, Mr. Lewis. You’ve got something going on.
