Saw them in Philly and I think they may have played this. Ducktails sang one of the songs they played that night too, sounded like it was maybe called “Italy”. New Real Estate is gonna be really great.

How exactly do you come about this being boring @theteenagehead @lank?.

Their sound encompasses every beautiful landscape/feeling of new jersey! (the good parts obviously).and not just that but a hazy feel good vibe!.

I dig Real Estate. I get the “summer in every chord” thing. I think it’s cool. This song sounds like a lazy Shins b-side to me or something though. They can’t all be good, right?
