The sample is from Manfred Krug's – Morgan, according to 77e.org, though I can't pick out the parts for the life of me

Unfortunately it's not Morgen, the Krug track doesn't contain all the lyrics used in Doom's track plus the bass guitar is completely different. Fingers crossed we'll get it soon.
