Ok, so Beach House are fucking awesome, but I don't get the hype for the new record yet. Maybe with time.

Anyways…

Part of the reason I say this is because last night I went from Bushwick, all the way out to New Jersey to watch this band called Diarrhea Planet play in some weird fucking warehouse.

…..best/weirdest show I've been to in a long time. Basically without saying much else, it was one of the coolest smoothest sets of new-ish garage punk/ramones-y kinda songs I've ever heard. And without saying much else, the singer was completely out of control and at one point COMPLETELY RAN THROUGH AND DESTROYED a wall of drywall, just fucking ran through it until it broke.

Basically, see this fucking band, their EP is free and they're incredible.
