Here's a Sunday afternoon downer for you, courtesy of L.A. "lurk-jazz triad" Topaz Rags -- Amanda + Britt from Pocahaunted, with Ash Cunningham on piano -- which Not Not Fun describes as being "lost somewhere between Bohren & Der Club Of Gore and some half-destroyed pre-digital Portishead demo." The dirge-y and ominous "Sightings" appears on the group's haunting debut full-length Capricorn Born Again, which is limited to 400 copies on black vinyl, in beautiful jackets (pictured above) designed by Amanda.
