Our friends at Underwater Peoples are set to release a split 7″ — with cover art by Real Estate frontman Martin Courtney, pictured above — next week, featuring tracks from Ridgewood, NJ, homies-since-1st-grade Ducktails and Julian Lynch (his debut 7″). The 7″ will be accompanied by a DVD with two videos by Richard Law. Here’s one of Julian Lynch’s two excellent b-side contributions, the laid back, breezy tropical psych-pop jam “Garden 2.”
