Burial + Four Tet are set to release a highly anticipated split 12″ called Moth/Wolf Cub next month on Kieran Hebden’s TEXT label. Info about the split has been hard to come by, but Juno is now streaming previews of both tracks, and they both sound amazing. I’m guessing on these track titles based on the 12″ title, but I think it’s safe to assume the a-side is Burial’s contribution.

I think you have it backwards, unless they both decided to switch styles.
According to this, you got it right. Burial is on the a-side:

i’m guessing both tracks are collaborations, they both sound like both artists
that’s a possibility i guess, the tracks do have elements of both artists. like i said there’s very little info on this release, juno doesn’t even have the tracks labeled. but the skittering dubstep drums on the first track sounds more like burial to me, and most outlets that are selling it have his track listed as the a-side
I agree with brandon on this one, the beats on the second track are very like untrue by burial and the samples on the first track sound like four tet definitely had his hand in it. they both sounds tons like collaborations.
it’s mainly about music
have any of you actually heard burial? the second track is burial, with some extra textures added by four tet. the first track sounds more like four tet, but gone dubstep. obviously the two artists worked together on both tracks.
I’m with Anon on this, the Edward Scissorhands noises on the B side are clearly trademark Burial.
great!
