WAVVES played their first NYC shows over the weekend, and our friend NYCTaper was in the building for night one (see below). The NY Times was there Saturday, and writer Jon Caramanica throws out superlatives like “thrilling” and “dynamic” and, uh, “spectacular,” in his gushing review. That Fader re-review is one of the funniest things I’ve read in a while. I didn’t go to LAMC in large part because it was going to be even worse than Friday with the smell of industry types.

Well I guess I was kidding in that Wavves sounds nothing like Brimstone Howl. But I know that I could barely get through the new Wavves album. Rainbow Everywhere is the only listenable song. The rest sounds like dying cats and screaming Holocaust victims pumped through homemade distortion pedals, topped off with with some ironic Beach Boys “harmonies” to appease the hipsters. I’ll take “generic shit” over that any day.

You will get a beautiful cloth which in the game if we want to need the beautiful cloth, we can use our own Scions Of Fate gold to buy. The one I owned on my character is one of my friends sent to me the necessary SOF gold. Sometimes we can share the trophy as the necessary Scions Of Fate money together, and we do quest together. I do not have enough confidence and cheap SOF gold about my weak memory. First I have to buy sof gold to improve my pet which I have a lovely leopard in this game.
