The UK's Friendly Fires are supporting Swedish pop heroine Lykke Li on her current, mostly sold-out U.S. tour (thanks for skipping TX, guys). Before they left their home in St. Albans, they kicked out this cosmic-disco* cover of Lykke's "I'm Good I'm Gone," which Beggars was kind enough to send over for us to premiere. In other Lykke Li cover-related news, her Little Bit single is out now in the UK, and features Lykke's previously unreleased cover of Wendy Rene's "After Laughter," perhaps best known for its use by the RZA as a sample on a Wu-Tang classic. The single also features this remix that we posted a while back, courtesy of DFA's Tim Goldsworthy (bonus remix by TX's own Aether not included on single):
